1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- You have a valid proof of purchase
Items that are personalized, custom-made, or marked as final sale are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@montezza.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a return address.
- Carefully package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
